Do I pay a fee if I am hired?
No, Top Resources placement services are free-of-charge to the employee.
What is the pay?
Salary varies and is dependent on the job. You may discuss your salary requirement with one of our Staffing Coordinators. You are paid an hourly rate based on the skills required for your current assignment. TOP deducts from your paycheck legally required federal, state and city withholding taxes and Social Security (FICA). No other deductions will be made from your paycheck without your knowledge.
Who will pay me, and how often?
Top Resources directly issues paychecks on a weekly basis.
How long will my temp assignment last?
Length of assignment is determined by the customer. Top Resources will take your assignment length request into consideration.
Will another assignment be provided when my first job is completed?
Top Resources strives to keep productive employees on assignment continuously. Your attendance and job performance determines your future candidacy for Top Resources assignments.
