What to expect as an applicant of
Top Resources/ComSkill

When you send in your resume to Top Resources/ComSkill, or call for information about employment, you will speak to one of our Staffing Coordinators about your relevant work history and related skills. An appointment time will be set for you to come in and fill out an application for employment. Depending upon your work experience, the application process could take as long as two hours.

At the time you fill out your application, you'll be expected to provide two forms of identification, an updated resume, and dress appropriately for an interview. After you have completed the application, you will be given a general clerical exam, followed by testing on our QWIZ system. With QWIZ, we have the capacity to test you on everything from data entry to the most current word processing applications.

Once you've completed the QWIZ testing, your scores will be recorded and you will interview with one of our Staffing Coordinators. During the interview process, we'll discuss your work experience, what type of work you're looking for, salary requirements, and other important information. At that time, we will discuss with you our employee handbook, as well as policies and procedures for placement, and any opportunities we may have for you at that time.
