When you to come in you will fill out an application, discuss your relevant work history and related skills, goals for employment, and salary requirements with one of our Staffing Coordinators. We thoroughly prescreen and interview all of our associates to ensure a perfect match between employee and employer. We will review TOP’s employee handbook, policies and procedures for placement, and any current job opportunities we may have for you.

At the time you apply, please plan to dress appropriately for an interview, bring two forms of identification, and an updated resume. After you have completed the application you will be given a general clerical exam followed by testing on our QWIZ system.
